Rory O'Rua

As the Department's Head of Finance, Rory has responsibility for Financial Management within the Department, including:

• Vote Management
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Justice Sector Capital and PPP Management including major Capital Building Works

Rory has been appointed as Intermediate Body for the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014 to 2020 programming period and is also Head of the Department’s Procurement Unit which develops and implements internal procurement policy, contributes procurement expertise to the Department and ensures compliance with national and EU procurement rules.
