The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation is reviewing the legislation regarding the registration of Trade Unions in Ireland as provided for by the Trade Union Acts 1871-1990.
As part of the review process, the department is seeking submissions from interested parties.
The deadline for submissions or comments on this review is 5pm, Tuesday, 10 September 2019.
