Pat Phelan

Pat has responsibility at acting Principal level for the Governance & Management Support Unit. This unit encompasses a number of areas including Governance, Secretariat to Management Board, Risk Management, Central Coordination and Management of the Consultancy Budget. Pat also has responsibility for the Minister’s and Secretary General’s Offices.
