Our People Strategy sets out our plan to achieve three core goals for our organisation over the next 3-4 years: to be an ‘Employer of Choice’, where people would choose to work and progress their career; to develop a ‘Resilient Workforce’ that can withstand future changes and challenges; and for our department to be an ‘Inclusive Workplace’ that supports equality of opportunity for all staff.
