Employment Appeals Tribunal Annual Report 2023

The EAT is required to produce an annual report under the Redundancy Payments Act 1967. In 2015, the functions of the EAT were subsumed into the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court under the Workplace Relations Act 2015. Once the EAT has dealt with its legacy caseload, it will be dissolved in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 2015.
