The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation and the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport have issued the following updated guidance on the right of travellers to terminate package travel contacts due to the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. The guidance is advisory and is not legally binding.
