SI No 81 of 2015 European Communities (Pressure Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2015

The European Union (Pressure Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 gives effect to the transposition requirements of Article 49(1) of Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment.
