Ciara Bates

Ciara Bates is the Principal Officer assigned to Social Innovation and Social Enterprise. Her unit has responsibility for the New Solutions Social Innovation Fund as well as the National Philthrophy Policy and the National Social Enterprise Policy.

The unit also supports the work of the Community and Voluntary Pillar and is responsible for a number of Departmental initiatives under the Dormant Accounts Fund.
