Minister Colm Brophy to host online discussion with Dr. Mike Ryan on global health preparedness

Minister for Overseas Development Aid and Diaspora, Colm Brophy TD, will host an online discussion with Dr. Mike Ryan of the World Health Organisation on Tuesday 14 December at 12pm.
Minister Brophy and Dr. Ryan will consider global health preparedness and response for the future. They will address the issue of global vaccine equity in the context of COVID-19 variants and will discuss how public health systems, tools and infrastructure might be improved in regions least equipped to mitigate health emergencies.
