The Minister for Transport requested that the Commission conduct a review of the bonding and licensing regulations affecting the travel trade industry in Ireland. The Commission has completed that review, and this report presents its findings. In reaching its conclusions, the Commission has carefully considered representations made by interested parties following the publication of a consultation.
