A key aim of the new Public Service Agreement 2024-2026 is to achieve a balanced approach to public service pay that rewards the ongoing effort of public servants, while ensuring the responsible management of the public finance.
In this regard, Public Service management have devised a reform agenda aimed at improving and modernising our public services to meet both the immediate and evolving needs of our citizens.
