Strategy Document and Formats

The National Strategy for Women and Girls 2025-2030 is Ireland’s plan for advancing gender equality over the next five years. It was published on 18 November 2025. It reaffirms the Government’s commitment to the advancement of gender equality and the creation of a more equal society.

This Strategy document outlines the vision and overall objectives of the Strategy. Specific actions and how success will be measured will be outlined in the subsequent action plans.
