Policy proposals on adult safeguarding in the health and social care sector: Public consultation report

The public consultation on Policy Proposals for Adult Safeguarding in the Health and Social Care Sector opened on 31 January 2024 and closed on 2 April 2024. The consultation was undertaken to inform the development of the National Policy Framework for Adult Safeguarding in the Health and Social Care Sector. A total of 260 submissions, including survey and freeform responses, were received from individuals and stakeholder-organisations.

The report on the findings of the public consultation was prepared by the Institute of Public Health in Ireland.
