- An expanded and streamlined Land Acquisition Fund, increased to €500 million for local authorities and AHBs.
- Continued provision of social housing supports for tenants in privately rented accommodation, both Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) and Rental Accommodation Scheme (RAS).
