Draft Short Term Letting (STL) National Planning Statement

A draft Short Term Letting (STL) National Planning Statement has been approved by Government as proposed planning policy.

It is important to note that this draft will now be subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment process and the EU Services Directive notification process.

Subject to the outcome of both, a finalised version will require further Government approval, expected in the Autumn.
