Extension of public consultation on the Significant Water Management Issues in Ireland (SWMI)

There has been an extension to the public consultation on the Significant Water Management Issues for Ireland to be addressed in the next River Basin Management Plan. The extended consultation will now run until 5pm on Friday 7 August 2020.

Due to COVID-19, and the restrictions people faced during the public consultation period, there is a six week extension to the public consultation to allow more time for submissions from all interested parties.

The final date for responses is Friday 7 August 2020, with copies of the consultation document available for download on the department’s website at www.housing.gov.ie.
