Minister O’Brien launches the Valuation Office Strategic Plan for 2021 – 2023

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD, is pleased to announce the launching of the new Strategic Plan for the Valuation Office.
The Valuation Office is an independent office of Government headed by the Commissioner of Valuation.
The core business of the organisation is to provide ratepayers and Local Authorities with accurate, up-to-date valuations of commercial and industrial properties.
The new plan outlines the strategic direction of the Valuation Office and will be in place for the period covering 2021 to 2023. The Strategic Plan is available for viewing on Valuation Offices website in English and Irish.
