Proposed Amendments to the Draft Cork County Development Plan 2021 and Preparation of a New County Development Plan

Following on from the publication of the Draft County Development Plan in April 2021, the Plan making process is now at the stage where the Proposed Amendments to the Draft Plan are being published for public consultation. The plan making process is a colaborative one and we are looking for your views on the Proposed Amendents.

At this stage of the process, only matters raised in relation to the proposed amendments can be considered. Aspects of the Draft Plan which are not the subject of a proposed amendment will form part of the Final Plan.

Written submissions or observations with respect to the Proposed Amendents and/or the accompanying reports are invited from members of the public and other interested parties, including children or groups or associations representing the interests of children.

Submissions/observations may be made from Tuesday 18 January 2022 to midnight on Tuesday 15 February 2022 inclusive in the following ways:

• in writing to: Senior Planner, Planning Policy Unit, Cork County Council, Floor 13, County Hall, Carrigrohane Road

Please make your submission by one medium only.

Please include in your submission the reference number of the proposed amendment to which your submission relates.

Cork County Council has prepared the Proposed Amendments to the Draft Cork County Development Plan 2021 in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and there are now on public display for 4 weeks public consultation up to midnight on Tuesday 15 Febuary 2022.
