EOB Strategy Statement 2025-2028 for Public Consultation

The External Oversight Body of the Defence Forces ("the EOB") is currently engaged in the development and preparation of its Strategy Statement 2025-2028.

This important document will set out our high-level goals and objectives as well as the key actions and expected outcomes to be progressed to achieve our vision, which is:

To foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, enabling the Defence Forces to get the best from their people and to maximise operational effectiveness.

As part of the consultation process, you are invited to submit your views as to the issues or topics that should be focused on within the EOB’s Strategy Statement 2025-2028.
