Print Toners & Associated Print Consumables to the Irish Public Sector

Print Toners & Associated Print Consumables, which includes the following:

Toners and Ink Cartridges, Fusers, Imaging Drums, Maintenance Kits, Re-Manufactured Toner, Data Storage Devices, Cables and other ICT Sundries.

The range of goods falls into three categories:

• Branded / OEM Consumables
• Re-Manufactured Consumables
• Sundries

Branded / OEM Consumables: This refers to the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) own branded product.

Re-Manufactured Consumables: Re-Manufactured Consumables are OEM consumables that are disassembled into its component parts, each part examined for wear or damage, every part vacuumed and cleaned, every component part (including, but not limited to the drum, corona wire assembly, wiper blade, primary charge roller and magnetic roller), replaced with new components wherever necessary, filled with fresh toner and 100% tested before being resealed with a pressure sensitive seal that meets OEM standards.

Sundries: Items not included as branded or re-manufactured consumables, for example, mouse pads, external hard drives, cables, CDs, USB Pen Drives, etc.

The supplier will provide a toner cartridge collection and recycling service. Empty cartridges will be collected within a timeframe agreed with each Client.

These services are provided Free of Charge (F.O.C) to the Client.

Central Government, Local Government, Education, Health and Other Public Sector Bodies

Valid from: 29th July 2025

Expiry: 28th July 2029

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

The Goods covered by this contract are available through Direct Drawdown by means of a NAGF.

Any Public Sector Client that has a requirement for Print Toners & Associated Print Consumables may drawdown the Goods from this contract through Direct Drawdown.
