The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) has established this Dynamic Purchasing System for Management and Control of Invasive Plant Species and any queries in relation to the arrangement should be directed to the LGOPC.

This DPS is divided into 2 lots.

• Lot 1: Professional Services relating to the Management and Control of Invasive Plant Species
• Lot 2: Works relating to the Treatment, Management and Control of Invasive Plant Species (including Professional Services where required)

Call off contracts under this arrangement are by way of a Supplementary Request for Tender.

Through a Supplementary Request for Tender, Buyers can either:

a) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer only; or,

b) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer and a number of Substitute Tenderers.
