Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
This framework agreement provides access to large white goods such as fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers. It also includes small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, toasters, kettles, travel kettles, microwaves, portable radios, irons, hair dryers and televisions.

Green and social considerations
The Green considerations under this framework agreement include:
- electronic brochure to reduce the use of paper
- environmental management system e.g. ISO 14001 or equivalent in use
- methodology used to ensure product compliance with legislative requirements (e.g. CE, EN standards etc.)
- existence of waste management policy
- transport and supply chain efficiency (route planning) measures
- reduction in packaging and plastics in deliveries/operations
- end of life product recycling
- vehicles' fuel efficiencies, maintenance events, actual emissions and eco-driving training for operators
The Social considerations under this framework agreement include:
- supplier is an SME
- existence of corporate social responsibility policy addressing, environment, culture, economic and legal
Who can use this framework agreement

Contract Dates
Valid From: 30th March 2024
Expires: 29th March 2027
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
You can access the services on this framework agreement by direct drawdown. Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown.
Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.
Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.
The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements. For more details on how to get started please see the Buyer Zone.
