This framework agreement provides a range of services relating to lift maintenance, including servicing of lifts, repair of lifts, and emergency call-outs.
Please note that the following are out of scope of this framework agreement:
- supply and installation of new lifts
- major refurbishment of existing lifts

Award Criteria for the successful supplier included the tenderer’s response regarding disposal of environmentally unfriendly items or hazardous waste, such as the disposal of waste product, oil, drive units, PCBs, Flouro tubes, and metals.
