Going forward clients are requested to access services under this Framework Agreement using the Self-Serve functionality provided via the eTenders platform. All documents to assist you with self-serve functionality are available on the Buyer Zone.

This framework agreement provides for a range of services in public relations and communications.

Individual contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement will be valued at or above €100,000. The Services may include but are not limited to;

• Press release writing services.

• Stakeholder communications and engagement services.

• Internal communications strategy and services.

• Digital PR and communications.

• Effective crisis planning and management services.

• Public consultation and facilitation of community relations services.

• Public affairs, political engagement and consulting services.

• Media relations and general communications management.

• Media training for key spokespersons.

• Communications strategy and campaign development.

Valid from: Mon 16 Aug 2021

Expiry: Thu 15 Aug 2024

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through self-serve only as from November 2023. To get started please see the User Guide which is available on the Buyer Zone.
