The framework includes a range of services such as;

- Uniformed on-site security presence (static guard) including on-site CCTV monitoring and response to alarm activation;

- Security Services for offices including screening of callers to public offices;

- Remote monitoring of alarm systems;

- Remote monitoring of CCTV systems;

- Responding to alarm activation or other incident arising from CCTV/alarm monitoring;

- Mobile patrol, car and/or motorbike;

- Internal and external patrolling;

- Emergency response including call out;

- Manned guard emergency response back up;

- Response to natural disasters;

- Access control / Issue of ID badges;

- Barrier control / Car park attendants;

- Participating in risk assessments;

- Assisting with inclement weather conditions;

- Framework Client escort requests;

- Internal cash transfers;

- Recording and Incident Reporting;

- Open and lock up procedures;

- Key holding;

- Patient Specialling for health sector clients.

GPP Criteria can be incorporated at Mini Competition stage as required by individual clients (e.g. may include environmentally friendly vehicle solutions; environmentally friendly management measures and practices - Electronic reporting reducing paper and consumables; remote staff training reduction in travel & consumables Framework Members are required to comply and co-operate with all initiatives to drive sustainability and reduce environmental impacts, such as

- waste management,

- water conservation,

- energy efficiency

“CCTV Monitoring” included in the scope of the Framework – Technologies providing the opportunity to reduce the use of Mobile Patrols.

Valid from: 14th September 2020

Expiry: 13th September 2024

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
