Commercial Skills Academy

The Commercial Skills Academy (CSA) offers practical training for public servants involved in delivering public works projects, such as those outlined in the National Development Plan (NDP) and Project Ireland 2040 (PI2040).

The aim of CSA training is to provide public servants with an understanding of key issues, commercial skills, and best practice approaches for effective project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of a public works project.

The training offerings consist of a suite of learning supports designed to meet the training needs of both developing and experienced level practitioners. The Commercial Skills Academy (CSA) is a unit within the Infrastructure Division of the Department of Public Expenditure Infrastructure Public Service Reform and Digitalisation.
