Trevor Noonan

Trevor is Head of Regulation, Policy and Corporate Affairs with the Insolvency Service of Ireland.

Prior to that, he spent six years as Head of the Personal Insolvency Case Management Division of the Insolvency Service of Ireland. Before joining the ISI he spent 17 years in senior management roles in the Department of Justice, working on policy, service and legislative reform as well as in industrial relations management. Before joining the Civil Service he worked in financial services in Dublin.

Trevor holds a M.A. in Public Management from the Institute of Public Administration, a BSc. in Science from University College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from the University of Dublin, Trinity College and a Professional Certificate in Governance from the National University of Ireland.
