Responsibility at Head of Division level for the provision and development of strategic human resource management (SHRM) including strategic workforce planning; people and performance management; learning and development, and well-being. Responsibilities further include performance and discipline of CSO civil servants below the grade of Senior Statistician/Principal Officer or its equivalent pursuant to the Civil Service Regulation Acts 1956-2005; and responsibility for the performance of functions relating to appointments.
