Head of the Case Management Division since August 2018, Trevor has responsibility for the Insolvency Registers and oversees the Insolvency Service of Ireland’s management of Debt Relief Notices approved by the Courts.
His remit also includes the project management and ICT functions within the Insolvency Service of Ireland as well as the Courts and Legislation team, which has a particular focus on s.115A case precedents and innovative arrangements put before the Courts.
Prior to joining the Insolvency Service of Ireland, Trevor has held policy, legislation and human resources posts at a senior level within the Department of Justice.
He holds three post-graduate qualifications in Statistics, Governance and Public Policy which have been a key success factor in previous roles and also in developing process and technological innovations within the Case Management Division.
