Regularisation of Long Term Undocumented Migrants Scheme

The Scheme for Long Term Undocumented Migrants was an initiative to the address the status of long-term undocumented migrants residing in the State.

The scheme had two Strands:

• Strand 1 was for Long Term Undocumented Migrants and opened for online applications on 31 January 2022. The Strand CLOSED on 31 July 2022.
• Strand 2 was for International Protection applicants who meet certain conditions. This Strand opened on 7 February 2022 and CLOSED on 7 August 2022.
