Welcome! Here you will find all the information you need about the Government of Ireland Village at the 2019 National Ploughing Championships taking place in Fenagh, Co. Carlow September 17th -19th. This year, over 150 Government Exhibitors will be located across 19 marquees in the same area of the site.
Staff will be on hand to support you to Get Brexit Ready and a central “Brexit Hub” will gather the most relevant information, supports and services that you need to be prepared for the UK’s departure from the EU.
Across the Government of Ireland Village you’ll find more information on some of the major cross-government priorities including Ireland’s commitments under the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and how departments and public sector bodies are helping to deliver on these 17 goals. You can also learn more about Ireland’s capital investment plan through Project Ireland 2040 and view details of the projects and programmes in your area and across the whole country.
This is all alongside your usual supports and services, including those from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
