Biography

Rachel Niall

Rachel is a Deputy Assistant Chief State Solicitor with responsibility for the State Leases Section in the State Property Division. This specialist section is composed of solicitors who are conveyancing experts with particular expertise in the area of landlord and tenant law.

Prior to joining the CSSO in 2018, Rachel was a partner for 20 years in a large commercial law firm where she specialised in commercial property. During this time, she advised on all areas of commercial property including buying/selling/leasing and on aspects of secured lending. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Higher Diploma in European Law (Hons), from the National University of Ireland (University College Dublin).
