The Blended Working Evaluation Model is designed to enable organisations to:

  • Assess the impact of blended working
  • Gain insights into the impact of blended working on the workforce and organisation
  • Share learnings and identify areas for continuous improvement across the Civil Service
  • Evaluate and enhance flexible working models and new ways of working
  • Meet strategic objective of the Workforce and organisations core theme of the Better Public Services – Public Service Transformation 2030 Strategy

By leveraging this evaluation model, stakeholders can balance organisational objectives, improve team effectiveness, and capture employee experiences related to blended working. This is accomplished through an evaluation of seven core components of the workforce and organisation.

Gathering evidence-based data will support the review and implementation of effective policies that align to the Better Public Services – Public Service Transformation 2030 Strategy, meeting the future needs our workforce and customers.
