HR policy advisory service

The contact details below are for Civil Service HR departments only. Non-HR employees/functions who have HR policy queries should contact their own HR department directly for guidance.

The HR Policy Advisory Service offers guidance to Civil Service HR departments on HR policy. HR departments should email HR policy queries to hrpolicyadvice@per.gov.ie referencing the relevant policy area.

Queries from Civil Service HR departments relating to recruitment, pay, mobility, pensions or L&D policy should be submitted to one of the following email addresses:
• Recruitment queries: csrecruitmentpolicy@per.gov.ie
• Pay queries: support@paytravelovertime.cloud.gov.ie
• Mobility queries: mobilitypolicy@per.gov.ie
• Pension queries: pensions@per.gov.ie
• Learning & Development queries: support@onelearninghelpdesk.cloud.gov.ie

Operational HR queries should be directed to the National Shared Services Office (NSSO) hrcontact@nsso.gov.ie. The NSSO provides shared services to government departments and Public Service Bodies (PSBs) including HR, payroll & pensions shared services. Operational payroll and pensions queries should be sent to the Payroll Shared Services Centre: payrollcontact@nsso.gov.ie
