Due to unforeseen circumstances with the Department of Education and Youth’s print service provider, there will be a disruption to the delivery of printed payslips for the coming weeks This affects both current and retired school staff who are paid on the Department of Education and Youth’s payroll.
We want to reassure all those paid by the department that salary and pension payments will not be affected.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and we are actively working to resolve the issue. As soon as we can resume printing, we will post any payslips that were not sent during this period. This will be done on a phased basis.
Please note:
- Staff who have signed up to electronic payslips (e-payslip) via the MessagingIE service will continue to receive their payslips.
- Staff who wish to sign up for e-payslip can do so via MessagingIE. Attached is an information note on how to sign up to MessagingIE
For any staff who need access to their payslips during this period please use the Payroll Customer Contact Form. The Customer Contact Form is available here.
