On the night of the [ ] the Applicant was seriously assaulted by a man he had been drinking with earlier.

By letter dated the [ ] the Tribunal wrote to the Applicant and requested details of any loss of earnings as a result of the incident together with any medical expenses incurred. By letter dated the [ ] the Tribunal wrote to the Applicant enquiring whether he still wished to pursue the matter. No response was received to the Tribunal’s correspondence.

In circumstances where the Applicant has not submitted any proof that he sustained special damages as a result of the injuries suffered on the [ ], the Tribunal makes no award.
