The Applicant submitted that on the [ ] he was punched in the face by a man in the [ ] Bar in [ ]. As a result of the incident the Applicant suffered a fractured nose, stitches to his nose and lost five to six teeth. Pursuant to the provisions of the Scheme the Tribunal may compensate an applicant for special damages incurred as a result of personal injuries suffered from a crime of violence. In the instant case the Applicant has not submitted any evidence of special damages incurred as a result of the incident. In the circumstances the Tribunal makes no award in this instance.
