Making a Submission or Observation

Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment or the Aquaculture Application may do so within 4 weeks between 30 March 2026 and 28 April 2026.

All public submissions or observations (quoting T09/087) can be addressed to the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Aquaculture and Foreshore Management Division, National Seafood Centre, Clogheen, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, P85TX47

Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.

Submissions are also subject to Data Protection legislation.
