Sean Bell

Sean Bell is the Chief Economist, head of the Department’s Economics and Planning Division whose mission is to provide a quality service to the Minister and Department on economics, statistics, strategic policy planning, to input effectively to cross-Government policy and to contribute to Ireland’s input into international agricultural policy and development co-operation.
