EIA Review 2023
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine has announced the commencement of a review of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations and the opening of a public consultation to inform the process. Members of the public are advised to email your observations or comments to EIAReview@agriculture.gov.ie by 10/07/2023.
