The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender package to carry roofing, stonework cleaning and pointing and general repair and upgrade works on the Arsenal Building – currently the fishermens toilet and shower unit at Howth FHC, located on the West Pier of Howth FHC. Tenders to be submitted in one lot.
Removal of existing roof and purlins, temporary decommissioning and reinstatement of existing M&E internals, provision of new roof, power washing, pointing and rebuilding sections of cut and rubbles stone wall, installation of new doors and windows at Howth FHC, per the contract documents, drawings and information provided in the tender pack advertised on eTenders.gov.ie.
