Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment or the Aquaculture and Foreshore Application may do so within 8 weeks between 23 October and 17 December 2025. All public submissions or observations will be published on the Department’s website.

Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.

All submissions or observations submitted to the Department for this purpose are subject to release under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2014 and the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007-2014. Submissions or observations are also subject to Data Protection legislation.
