Valentia Harbour/Portmagee Channel SAC, Co. Kerry and other relevant documentation is available for inspection, free of charge for 30 calendar days, between 15 November 2023 and 14 December 2023, at the following locations:

Making a submission or observation

Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment may do so within 30 days between 15th November 2023 and 14th December 2023. All public submissions or observations (quoting consultation reference) can be addressed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Aquaculture and Foreshore Management Division, National Seafood Centre, Clogheen, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, P85 TX47 or apc@agriculture.gov.ie.


All public submissions or observations will be published on the Department’s website. Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
