This is the application form and terms and conditions of the Weather Related Crop Loss Support Measure 2016. The scheme provided financial support to farmers affected by the long period of wet weather in September 2016.

The measure provided aid to help deal with the direct losses arising from damage to spring barley, spring wheat, spring oats and spring oilseed rape.
