Making an Appeal Against a Forestry Licence Decision.

Those dissatisfied with a decision made on applications for licences for afforestation, tree felling, forest road works and aerial fertilistaion, may make an appeal to the Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC). The FAC is independent of this Department, further information on the FAC may be found here.
