Gender Pay Gap Portal

Organisations with over 50 employees are being asked to report on their Gender Pay Gap for the first time in 2025. These employers must publish their reports to their own websites or ensure the reports are accessible to the public in some other manner, by the end of November 2025.

The Department of Children, Disability and Equality has developed an online centralised reporting database. This year, the Gender Pay Gap Portal will launch on a voluntary basis with partner organisations IBEC and the 30% Club for member employers to report on a voluntary basis.

If you have not received an invite link from partner organisations IBEC or the 30%Club to participate in the Gender Pay Gap Portal voluntary launch, and you proceed with registering on the portal, you are acknowledging that you are doing so on a voluntary basis and that any Gender Pay Gap reports that you submit will be published and become accessible by the public.

The Gender Pay Gap Portal is available here: https://genderpaygapireland.gov.ie/

Gender Pay Gap reports that you submit will be published and will become accessible by the public to see, compare and review in the coming months.
