Gender Pay Gap Portal Privacy Notice and Terms of Use

The Gender Pay Gap facilitates employers to submit their gender pay gap data to a centralised portal in order to meet their reporting obligations. This year, the Gender Pay Gap Portal will launch on a voluntary basis with partner organisations IBEC and the 30% Club for member employers to report on.

The Department is the Data Controller of data on the Gender Pay Gap Portal and is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals in accordance with both European Union and Irish data protection legislation.

We place high importance on the correct, lawful and fair handling of all personal data, respecting the legal rights, privacy and trust of all individuals with whom we deal.
