Head of Corporate Services

The Head of Corporate Services leads the corporate infrastructure of the Guardian ad litem National Service, providing strategic oversight of Finance, ICT and case management systems, Human Resources and Communications. The role supports the development of a collaborative, child‑centred organisation, ensuring that corporate systems and processes enable Guardians ad Litem to effectively represent the child’s voice and best interests. The post has a key role in business planning, project management, governance and risk, managing the transition to the new national service model, and building strong working relationships across the childcare and family justice systems. The role also leads on establishing the National Office and developing the Service’s capacity for long‑term sustainability.
