Principal Officer, Access and Inclusion, Research and Data

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for the development of policy to improve access to, and inclusiveness of, Early Learning and Care and School-Age Childcare. This includes; ongoing policy development for the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Programme, the National Childcare Scheme (NCS), Access and Inclusion Model (AIM), continued policy development, roll-out and implementation of Equal Start, and the development and roll-out of First 5 Projects. Also responsible for supporting the Division-wide delivery and use of sector specific research, evaluation and data projects to help inform policy.
