Responsibility at Principal Officer level for Budgetary Management for the Division including engagement with the HSE in relation to the Estimates Process, monitoring of and reporting on expenditure (both capital and current). Responsible for strategic reform including implementation and oversight of the Action Plan for Disability Services 2024 -2026, as well as Value For Money (VFM), expenditure and policy reviews.
